My Pomeranian needed surgery for a luxating patella that had slipped. The surgeon went over every step of the procedure with me, showed me the operating room where she would have her surgery, introduced me to the people who would be keeping an eye on her and the levels of her medications during the procedure, and was very compassionate and friendly. The surgery went well, and the doctor was very good at explaining what we needed to do to keep her quiet and help her with her recovery. Her two-week check-up went well, and the doctor let us know where she was at that point, and what we still needed to be doing. Excellent service all around!
